Manuka from the Waikura Valley
Manuka Honey and Manuka Oil from the East Cape of New Zealand
The South Sea myrtle, called “Manuka” by the Maori, is a tea tree that is found only in New Zealand and some parts of Australia. Thanks to its strong antibacterial effect, Manuka is enjoying increasing popularity around the world.
Bees produce the famous Manuka Honey from the nectar of the flowers and the leaves of the plant are used to create the ethereal Manuka Oil .
Pristine landscape and ideal environmental conditions make the Waikura Valley on the East Cape a centre for Manuka products of the highest quality class. East Cape is a seal of quality for Manuka, similar to Bordeaux for first-class red wine.
WAIKURA MANUKA AG belongs to the family of companies WAIKURA LTD NZ .
